How to pay for your booking at GoVola

Thank you for using the services of GoVola, an affiliate of Vola.ro, the largest online travel agency in Romania. Please review this page carefully as it provides important information about payment. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Credit/debit cards

You can use your credit/debit card to pay directly on GoVola during the booking process (your information is safe, we use the most advanced encryption technologies available on the market) or via a payment link sent by our consultants after you have made your booking. The travel documents and invoice will be sent to the email address you entered when booking.

For online card payments you have the option to select the transaction currency you wish to use. We recommend that you select the currency in which the card you wish to pay is issued.

When should I pay?

Airline tickets and other services related to airline tickets must be paid for before they are issued. We will not be able to issue your e-tickets and travel documents if we have not confirmed your payment has reached our account.

If you have paid by card, payment is immediate and you will receive your travel documents within 24 hours to the email address on your booking.

If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, to avoid losing seats or an increase in the ticket price, it is recommended that you pay as soon as possible.

How do I proceed once I have paid?

If you have paid by card and payment has been successful, you will receive your tickets within 24 hours of payment.

If you are paying by bank transfer, please send us a copy of the payment order immediately after payment to [email protected].
