The cost of Flex is dynamic and can be only purchased online along with the plane ticket. Flex cannot be added after the purchase.
Flex does not apply if the airline has already cancelled or changed one or more segments of the flight. In this case, the refund or rebooking will be made according to standard airline procedures.
Also, the reservation cannot be cancelled or rebooked less than 24 hours before the flight is scheduled to leave.

Flex cannot be applied if your flight or part of your itinerary is cancelled or changed by the airline. In these situations, you can recover the cost of your plane tickets as follows:
Flex applies to the following services purchased only at the time of booking: luggage, seats in the aircraft, automatic check-in, Fast Refund option. Additional services added later or directly on the airline's website are also not covered.
If you request a refund or free rebook, this will be applied automatically and compulsorily to all passengers.
