The alternative options offered by Vola.bg to reach your destination must not exceed twice the value of the canceled/modified flight segment. Vola Trip Protect does not apply in the following situations:
- voluntary cancellation of the trip or its change without the agreement/approval of Vola.bg
- flights with schedule changes of less than 5 hours that do not affect other connections
- force majeure situations, described in the Vola Trip Protect Terms and Conditions
