Vola Flex is a proprietary service of Vola.bg that is not available on other platforms. It allows passengers to voluntarily cancel and recover 90% of the booking value (up to €2,000) within 3 days, or to reschedule air tickets for free up to 24 hours before the departure date of the first travel segment.
