If your flight is canceled/modified, you can benefit from a cash refund or a Vola.bg voucher.
For cash payment, we will refund the same card used for ticket payment or via bank transfer. In the case of bank payment, the passenger will be asked for the following information: account holder, bank name, IBAN account, currency, and SWIFT code.
If you choose a voucher refund, Vola.bg will issue a voucher that can be used to purchase a new flight on our website, for any airline. The voucher is valid for 24 months, calculated from the date the voucher is made available to the passenger. Regardless of the payment method you choose, we will refund the eligible amount as a refund to the airline. T
he Vola.bg service fee and the amounts paid for Vola Flex, Vola Fast Refund, and Vola Trip Protect services are non-refundable.
