If you do not agree with the new schedule proposed by the airline, you have the option of free rescheduling within the timeframe imposed by the airline or a refund if the schedule change is more than 5 hours compared to the initial schedule.
If at the time of booking, you had chosen and paid for the Vola Trip Protect service and wanted to continue your journey, one of our consultants would have offered you another flight option to your destination.
If you had paid for the Vola Fast Refund service when creating the reservation, and your chosen option following the schedule change of more than 5 hours/cancellation was a refund, you would have received the corresponding amount for the changed/canceled flight within a maximum of 24 hours.
