You can reschedule on an alternative flight offered by the airline, subject to seat availability.
If you had chosen the Vola Trip Protect service and the alternative flight proposed by the airline did not fit your schedule, one of our consultants would have offered you another flight to your destination.
You can request a refund for the canceled/changed segment if the refund is permitted by the airline. The processing of the refund will be carried out depending on when the airline refunds our agency.
If you had chosen the Fast Refund service, the refund would have been processed to you within a maximum of 24 hours. If your flight is canceled/rescheduled in advance, you will be notified at the email address used in the booking with the options offered by the airline.
Whether you choose to reschedule or request a refund, you must reply to the notification email within 48 hours before the changed flight to inform us of your decision. If you choose to reschedule for one of the flights suggested by our consultants, you need to respond as soon as possible with your request to ensure that there will still be availability for the proposed flight.
If your flight is canceled at the last minute (weather conditions, strike, technical malfunction) and you are at the airport, please follow the instructions received from the airline staff.
