Vola.bg reserves the right not to refund the service fee charged at the time of ticket issuance or the sale of any tourist services in case of cancellation of airline tickets/tourist services (either initiated by the user or the service providers).
Vola.bg has fulfilled its obligations under the brokerage contract and has correctly issued the airline tickets.
