Vola.bg only acts as an intermediary/agent, and under Regulation no. 261/2004 establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and cancellation or long delays of flights, only the airline is responsible for the passenger regarding the non-provision of services, cancellation of services, refund of the unused ticket, granting damages/compensation, accommodation, correct information regarding the causes of the flight cancellation or granting other rights provided by the applicable legislation.
